膝関節では靭帯損傷、半月板損傷、膝蓋骨脱臼、離断性骨軟骨炎、軟骨損傷、足関節では靭帯損傷、距骨骨軟骨病変、インピンジメント症候群などが手術対象疾患です。

　主な手術として、前十字靭帯断裂に対する関節鏡下前十字靱帯再建術、半月板損傷に対する関節鏡下半月板縫合術（または切除術）、膝蓋骨脱臼に対する内側膝蓋大腿靱帯再建術を行っています。

　また、初期から進行期の変形性膝関節症に対して、高位脛骨骨切り術を行っています。
